Indeed Brewing’s B-Side Pils Release Goes on Tour Next Week
Mic check – one, two. Is this thing on? We’re introducing B-Side Pils, a fresh spin on an old favorite and our cover of a classic. Born from Lead Brewer Dan Stavig’s love of German beer, B-Side is crafted as a traditional Pilsner you can enjoy without leaving the country – and probably without leaving the bar. Crisp and clean, crushable and complex, B-Side was made to take you off the clock and on to what makes you tick. It’s quickly become our staff’s go to brew, and we think you’ll agree that our Pilsner is a perfect companion for whatever you do that makes you, you.
B-Side Pils is crafted with a traditional German malt bill and a blend of Hallertauer Mittelfruh and Mandarina Bavaria hops, landing at 5.1% ABV and 35 IBU. Our Pilsner is naturally carbonated, providing a soft fizziness that floats spicy, flowery and bready aromas with notes of citrus. Each pour is clear as day and straw gold, topped with a dense rocky head. A crackery malt base with floral noble hops and orange zest ushers in snappy bitterness and a clean, dry finish. Oh – and before you know it, your glass is empty and you’re ready for another.
To celebrate the release of B-Side Pils, we’ve teamed up with The Current and we’re going on tour in the Twin Cities. Over two nights and nine locations, we'll be winding our way around Saint Paul and Minneapolis - spinning vinyl and sipping our Pilsner. On Friday night, we’re ending the tour at Club Jager and getting the official B-Side Release After Party started, where you can get down at DJ Lenka Paris’ Prince Dance Night.
