A well-balanced Helles Bock thats deftness on the palate belies its strength. Brewed to showcase a bale of whole-leaf, experimental German hops chosen by Dan and Tom at hop selection in Wolznach, Germany. A traditional German malt bill and yeast strain was combined with the very American method of hopbursting, where the only hops used on the hot side are in the whirlpool. Also dry-hopped with the same whole leaf, experimental hops.
