Be one of just 24 guests to experience the first glasses of our inaugural collaboration beer, Wooden Soul: Brûlée, a funky brett saison with hand-torched burnt sugar and citrus. Watch the show as the dishes are prepared right in front of your eyes at the Icehouse Chef’s Bar in this intimate dining experience. The talented Chef Matthew Bickford will prepare a thoughtfully curated menu to pair with Indeed beer.
Your ticket includes:
- Five-course dinner (full menu below)
- Several Indeed beer selections
- (1) 750mL Wooden Soul: Brûlée bottle to take home before its public release
- Gratuity and tax
- 1 ticket to the Dusty Heart show that evening in the Icehouse front room
Reservations are required and only 24 total tickets will be sold for two seatings of 12 at 5pm or 7:30pm. Don't miss your chance to brûlée the evening away with Icehouse and Indeed.
Can’t make it to Brûlée? There will be a Wooden Soul: Brûlée bottle release at the Indeed taproom the following day (March 21st) at 3pm while supplies last. Max. 2 per guest.
Wooden Soul: Brûlée
Inspired by the unique flavor profile of Brûlée, we worked with our friends at Icehouse to create a palatable marriage between hand-torched burnt sugar and citrus with our dry, funky saison. Our latest Wooden Soul collaboration is aged in wooden barrels and refermented with freshly zested oranges, grapefruits, lemons, along with lemon verbena and burnt sugar. With a light golden orange haze, Brûlée reels you in with a sweet orange taffy aroma. Unique and juicy, expect notes fruity and bitter citrus rounded out by a delicate caramel aroma. Brûlée away!
