The Story
Wooden Soul #6 is a wood-aged Red Ale drawn from a combination of red wine barrels and barrels which had previously housed Rum King Imperial Stout. Boasting a great and complex depth of character with notes of cherry, lemon, rich funk, fruit, red wine, and oak lingering in the background. The beer pours red with flashes of brown and orange and a slight haze, and feels full and balanced on the palate with moderate acidity.
