The Story
“When I first started to brew, I would make simple beers designed around one element of the recipe to learn more about that specific ingredient. I came back to this idea when creating this single hop American Pale Ale. I was curious to see what Belma hops could do on their own, so I made a no frills grain bill and timed the hop additions to accentuate the flavors and aroma of this unique hop variety. I upped the bitterness and dry hopped the beer to fully experience everything this hop has to offer - and was not disappointed. Sláinte!”
