This is the first version of a potential summer IPA. We used four of our favorite hop varieties and no-frills grain bill that will result in a nice golden color. I am also trying out a yeast strain from Imperial Yeast that's new for the brewery and commercially, A24 Dry Hop. It is a cross between two different years strains, and claims to accentuate hops while bringing its own citrus, peach and apricot aromas to the table.
