Twin Cities Sales Manager

Well-known as an engaged and community-oriented brewery, Indeed believes innovation isn’t just one thing—it’s a culture created around good people, good beers, and good experiences. We’re looking for a Twin Cities Sales Manager to join us in the pursuit of what’s good.
The Twin Cities Sales Manager will be tasked with guiding Indeed’s self-distribution sales team in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. This position will lead and manage the self-distribution sales team of nine kick-ass people and will be ultimately responsible for:
- Supporting, developing and advocating for the self-distribution sales team while accomplishing sales and marketing goals
- Developing and maintaining key retailer relationships
- Developing and implementing sales programs
- Market research, analysis, and interpretation
- Create and maintaining budgets
Let’s talk about you, the candidate. You know and love the Twin Cities; you’re excited about how food and drink create culture and know a bit about how beer fits into that. You are a problem-solver and motivated to do whatever it takes to not only fix issues, but also make sure they don’t happen again, keeping a cool head and a nuanced point of view. You’re comfortable in the check-out line and coolers of liquor stores, restaurant basements and on a bar stool, and want to help the team accomplish their goals in those places. You are an expert communicator, both internally and externally, and love working with various-sized teams on projects big and small. You get excited about the possibilities of managing projects and people at Indeed.
You love the idea of a company, a cohesive entity of like-minded people working toward a common goal, and the idea of taking the reins of a core function of a company puts pep in your step. You love the cities of Minneapolis and Milwaukee and understand how our breweries and taprooms both contribute to and feed off the energy of a city and its culture. You are passionate about making folks’ jobs and lives better; you’re not happy unless your employees’ spouses, significant others, parents love their job, too. You like beer, but even more than the liquid, you care about what sharing a beer represents: the ability to positively impact communities with beer, people, and experiences.
