Wooden Soul #5 is a Wood-Aged Saison fermented with two strains of Brett yeast and fresh pressed Winesap apple juice courtesy of Milk & Honey Ciders. It is aged in a mix of red wine and port barrels, where it is refermented on pressed pomace, ground up apples that go through the apple press. Funky Brett character mingles with notes of dry, tart apple, producing an effervescent and thirst quenching ale.
