The Story
Torus begins as our wood-aged saison and is then refermented with blackberries. Lift the glass into the sun and you’ll catch deep red rays of color that are reminiscent of wine and your nose will be met with wafts of blackberry wine and soft, creamy fruit. Upon the first sips, you’ll receive tart, blackberry, and floral perfume-like notes flowing onto your palate. Torus finishes juicy with a residual dryness as if it’s been freshly picked right off the vine.
